Melanie Arrington is a board-certified Family Nurse Practitioner and the founder of Auri Medical, a boutique functional medicine clinic devoted to helping patients feel whole, well, and deeply understood. With a passion rooted in personal experience and a mission shaped by compassion, Melanie believes true healing happens when science and soul meet—when hormones are balanced, energy is restored, and people feel seen.

Drawing from years of clinical experience, advanced hormone training, and a fiercely compassionate approach, Melanie partners with patients to uncover the “why” behind their symptoms—whether it’s fatigue, brain fog, weight gain, anxiety, or the quiet feeling of “not feeling like yourself anymore.”

At Auri Medical, she weaves together bioidentical hormone therapy, root-cause medicine, advanced testing, and real-life strategies to help patients reclaim their vitality at every stage of life.
When she’s not in the clinic, Melanie finds joy in connecting with her community, researching the latest in integrative health, country music, bargain shopping, baking, and spending quality time with her husband and family.
